Welcome back Students, Parents, and Staff!

We are looking forward to a fantastic new school year!  The PTA is very excited to welcome a new  students, staff, and parents to the Parkside family.  We are delighted to begin the year in our beautiful new school.

As a Parent-Teacher Association we hope to help bridge the gap between home and school.  All of the PTA members are busy working parents and we understand the constraints that working parents are facing.  Our goal is to make our school successful by involving the parents and working with the staff.

The PTA provides Parkside with a wealth of programs.  Here are some of the events/activities that we are working on for this year:

  • Field trip transportation funding

  • The Art Docent program

  • Printer supplies
  • Magazine subscriptions for the library

  • Camp Waskowitz scholarships

  • Staff appreciation

Please take just a moment now to download and fill out the membership form and send it to school with your child. or bring it with you to any PTA meeting.  Membership dues are $12 per person.

We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 7:00pm in the Library!

The Parkside PTA and the Washington State PTA are a nonprofit 501(c)3, membership association which seeks to bring together the home, school and community on behalf of all children and youth.
